Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our customer support team. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Replacements
Handicraft items are handmade and unique. In the rare event of receiving a broken, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at radhakrishnahandicraft69@gmail.com with parcel unboxing photos/video.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, the refund will be credited directly to the original payment source (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
